Tile Supply Only

1. Every sale of goods is made subject to these terms and conditions of sale.
2. After deposit or full payment has been received by McLee Tile Supply, the order will be packed and stored until the agreed delivery date or time of call up.
3. In the event the full order or part order is changed or cancelled and full or partial payment has been made, McLee Tile Supply will charge 40% of the total order amount as a handling, restocking and cancellation fee. Refund may be offered in the form of a credit against future purchases.
4. For tile returns after the tiles have been delivered, McLee Tile Supply will charge a 40% handling, restocking and returns fee. Refund may be offered in the form of a credit against future purchases.
5. Goods must be returned in good condition and only unopened boxes will be accepted. Goods that are flat stacked will not be accepted. Pallets must be wrapped and packaged in the same condition as it was delivered. Goods must be returned within seven (7) working days of delivery. An additional transport charge will apply for collection.
6. Any goods missing when the order is returned will be charged in full.
7. No credit or refund will be provided for tiles that are:
a. Ordered exclusively for the customer or not regular stock
b. Economy or Commercial quality stock
c. Run of kiln product
d. Sold at sale prices.
8. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that:
a. Goods purchased are suitable for the purpose for which the ultimate user intends to use them
b. The method by which the ultimate user proposes to install the tiles is satisfactory for the purpose intended
c. Quantities ordered are as required. McLee Tile Supply does not provide take-offs or Bill of Quantities. Final quantities are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any measuring service offered is provided as a courtesy only and no responsibility is accepted for quantities ordered.
9. No claims whatsoever will be accepted by McLee Tile Supply regarding batch variations, crazing or any other inherent characteristics of kiln-fired products.
10. McLee Tile Supply recommends the purchaser to seal Natural Stone tiles.
11. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all goods on receipt. No claims will be accepted by McLee Tile Supply for shortages or tile imperfections unless made in writing within two (2) days from date of receiving the goods. If no claim is made within this timeframe all rights to further claims are waived.
12. No claims whatsoever will be accepted with regard to tile imperfections, shade variation, marks or staining once the tiles have been laid.
13. Orders of different batches inherently contain shade variation. McLee Tile Supply holds no responsibility for such variation.
14. It is the responsibility of the ultimate user to take due care with floor/wall tiles having consideration of their fragile nature and therefore no claims will be recognised for chipping or cracking or scratches of floor/wall tiles during or after the tiles have been laid.
15. McLee Tile Supply is not liable for any expense or injury arising from the use of any product supplied.
16. Natural Stone products being Limestone, Marble, Granite and Slate are sold on the understanding that it is a natural product and therefore sold with no guarantee or warranty.
17. McLee Tile Supply shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to strikes, fires, explosions, floods, riots, lockouts, injunction, interruption / delay of transportation, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, war, pandemics, governmental action or other circumstances beyond our control.
18. All goods are sold “ex warehouse” and transported at the buyer’s risk and expense. The purchaser has the right to arrange their own pick-up of goods at their own expense. McLee Tile Supply requires from the purchaser at least 48 hours (2 working days) notice for goods to be delivered or picked up. Interstate deliveries to Western Australian and the Northern Territory can take between 7-10 working days. Interstate deliveries to other states can take between 3-6 working days. All delivery timeframes are subject to change.
19. McLee Tile Supply reserves the right to change prices due to fluctuations in the Australian Dollar exchange rate, factory price increases or fuel surcharges without any further notice.
20. All goods remain the property of McLee Tile Supply until paid in full.

McLee Tile Supply is an online tile supply business. All tiles are stored in the warehouses, which due to health and safety protocols are not open to the public.

We can arrange tile samples to be delivered to you free of charge (for a maximum of 3 tile samples). Additional samples can be purchased at a price of $5 per sample. Samples are generally a size of 100 x 100 mm.

Upon acceptance of the tile sample/s we will issue you a tax invoice.

Payment methods are direct debit or Paypal.

Tile delivery can be arranged at additional cost. Alternatively, you can arrange pick up from the warehouse.
